At Girl Talk, we strive to remove the stigma often associated with women's physical and mental health, as well as creating an open line of discussion between women about important health issues. Our organization focuses on fostering connections, encouraging dialogue, and promoting overall wellness among women of all backgrounds.
Meet the Team
Kat is the website designer and brand ambassador for Girl Talk Inc. She is very passionate about authentic brand representation and event planning. This has lead to a career in Public Relations. Her mother's struggle with breast cancer and Kat's own struggles with childhood ADHD and depression, led to her passion for building a support system and for women with similar struggles.
